When renewing IP Subnets (Germany), the following options are available to you:

Option 1 - Automatic renewal

The "Automatic renewal" option is active by default. Your product will be automatically renewed for one month unless you submit a cancellation request (as described in option 3).  If the product is not renewed, it will be renewed for another month and we will cancel it afterwards. We will create an invoice for the last month of the term, which has to be paid.

If you would like to change the billing cycle, you can find out more here: https://www.opusx.io/client/knowledgebase/79/Automatic-invoicing-and-change-of-billing-cycle.html?language=english

Option 2 - Automatic renewal with credit card or PayPal subscription

Activate the automatic creation of the invoice for the product as described in this article so that the automatic renewal works: https://www.opusx.io/client/knowledgebase/79/Automatic-invoicing-and-change-of-billing-cycle.html?language=english

Pay the first or next invoice with PayPal Subscribe and in the future PayPal will automatically debit the amount. Alternatively, you can request customer support to charge your deposited credit card. Should the automatic debit fail, the product will continue to run for another month and we will cancel it afterwards. We will create an invoice for the last month of the term, which has to be paid.

Option 3 - Do you want to cancel the product?

IP Subnets (Germany) do not expire automatically at the end of the term.
You can submit a cancellation request via the product page to cancel the product. The product will then be cancelled and deleted either immediately or at the end of the term. (Depending on your choice)

Note: If you create a cancellation request, no remaining amount will be paid out and the product will be deleted directly on the cancellation date.
If you want to remove a cancellation request while the product is still active, please contact our support.
